Leadership Development Programs

These programs use the creative process as a metaphor for essential aspects of leadership development. They employ right brain thinking and hands-on artistic processes- writing, drawing, painting, visualization and meditation -to give participants direct creative experiences. These creative experiences are then used as models to refine aspects of effective leadership such as; self-awareness, risk-taking, team-building, seeing holistically, enhancing intuition, creating and maintaining vision, effective listening, and maintaining presence and compassion.

These programs have been developed for individuals, organizations and institutions and can be customized as needed. Each creative process is facilitated by Marsha Stonehouse, providing participants with a balance between personal expression and group involvement. In every program there is time for group discussion and de-briefing to ensure that the content of the experience is fully understood and related to both the work place and home life.
